Vibratory feeder:
- Sized to suit throughput and inlet/outlet width for the drum magnet and ECS.
- Non-magnetic end section prevents the drum magnet field from restricting material flow.
- Vibration-isolating spring mounts.

- Steel transport straps.
- Heavy-duty tray and lined feeders are available to limit wear and impact damage.
- Integrated DC-injection braking is provided in Magnapower control cabinets to minimize bounce when stopping.
- Fully sealed out-of-balance motors.
- Two lockable electrical isolators wired through flexible cable to each motor.
- Heavy-duty fabricated rolled-steel framework designed to integrate with the Magnapower ECS and drum magnet.

Drum magnet:
- Sized to suit throughput and inlet/outlet width for the vibratory feeder and ECS.
- Deep-field rare-earth magnet system.
- Stainless-steel cover fitted with stainless-steel flights.
- Stainless-steel apex splitter.
- RHP bearings throughout.
- Stainless-steel magnetics and non-magnetics outlet chutes.
- Extended magnetics outlet chute reaches the low level of the frame and has maintenance/access covers.
- Fully guarded to prevent access to the rotating drum magnet, with maintenance/access inspection covers.
- SEW shaft-mounted geared motor through a flexible torque arm.
- Integrated controls in Magnapower control cabinets.
- Lockable electrical isolators wired to the SEW motor.
- Heavy-duty fabricated rolled-steel framework designed to integrate with the Magnapower ECS and vibratory feeder.
